IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 95,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs.85 per equity share and at a price of Rs.95/- per equity share for cash aggregating Rs.90.25 Crores (hereinafter referred to as this issue). This issue comprises of reservation of 5,00,000 equity shares aggregating Rs.4.75 Crores for eligible employees on a competitive basis and the net issue to the public of 90,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at premium of Rs.85 per equity share and at a price of Rs.95 per equity share for cash aggregating Rs.85.50 crores .
