IPO Synopsis
Public issue of up to 27,750,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each (equity shares) for cash by Hathway Cable & Datacom Limited (the company or the issuer) at a price of Rs. 240 per equity share for cash aggregating up to Rs. 666.00 Crores ( Issue) consisting of a fresh issue of up to 20,000,000 equity shares by the company (fresh issue) and an offer for sale of 7,210,000 equity shares by Monet Limited and 540,000 equity shares by MSPI Mauritius Limited (together referred to as, offer for sale). The issue will constitute approximately 19.43% of the post-issue share capital of the company. The Issue Price: Rs. 240 per equity share of face value Rs 10/ each.
