Initial Public Offering of 17,871,287 Equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (The Equity shares) of HPL Electric & Power Ltd (The Company or the Company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 202 per quity share (including share premium of Rs. 192 per equity share) (The issue price) aggregating up to Rs. 361.00 Crores (The Issue). The issue shall consititute 27.79% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
