IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 27,42,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid for cash at a price of Rs. 25 per equity share (the issue price) (including a share premium of Rs. 15 per equity share) aggregating Rs. 6.86 crores (the issue) by the company, of which 11,58,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by the promoter (the promoter contribution) and 1,44,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subcription by market maker to the issue (the market maker reservation portion). The issue less the promoters contribution and the market maker reservation portion i. e. Issue of 14,40,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each is hereinafter referred to as the net issue.
