IPO Synopsis
Public issue of 1,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs.48/- per equity share aggregating to Rs.48.00 crores (the issue). The issue comprises of promoters contribution of 6,00,000 equity shares at a price of Rs.48/- per equity share aggregating Rs.2.88 Crores. The net issue to public is of 94,00,000 equity shares at a price of Rs.48/- per equity share aggregating to Rs.45.12 Crores. The issue would constitute 64.50 % of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity capital of the company.
