Public issue of 1,30,94,175 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Paramount Printpackaging Limited (PPL or The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 35 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 25 per equity shares), aggregating Rs. 45.83 crores (The Issue). The issue shall constitute 49.04% of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of the company.
