IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 25,08,000 equity shares of a face value of Rs. 10/- each (The equity shares) of Perfect Infraengineers Ltd. (The company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 23 per equity share (Including a share premium of Rs. 13 per equity share), aggregating to Rs. 5.77 crores (The issue) of which 1,26,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each is reserved for subscription by market maker (Market maker reservation portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 23,82,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each is hereinafter referred to as the net issue. The issue and net issue shall constitute 32.53% and 30.90% respectively of the post issue paid up capital of the company. Issue Price is Rs. 23/- per Equity share. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10 each.
