IPO Synopsis
Public issue of 156,700,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) of PTC India Financial Services Limited (The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 28~ per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 18 per equity share aggregating Rs. 433.28 crores (The Issue) consisting of a fresh issue of 127,500,000 equity shares by the company (Fresh Issue) and an offer for sale of 29,200,000 equity shares by Macquarie India Holdings Limited (The Selling Shareholders)(Offer for Sale). The issue will constitute 27.88% of the post issue paid-up capital of the company. Issue price: Rs. 28 per equity share~ of face value of Rs. 10 each.
