Public Issue of 85,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a Price of Rs. 65 per Equity Share aggregating Rs. 55.25 crores (the Issue) by Raj Rayon Limited (Raj Rayon or the Company or the Issuer) out of which 8,50,000 Equity Shares has been reserved for subscription by Permanent Employees of the Company (the Employee Reservation Portion) and 8,50,000 Equity Shares has been reserved for subscription by shareholders of Group Company (the Shareholders of Group Company Portion).
