IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 38,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 55/- per share (i.e. At a price of Rs.65/- per equity share) for cash aggregating Rs.24.70 Crores (issue). The Issue comprises of a reservation 3,80,000 Equity Shares (i.e 10% of the issue size) of Rs.10/-each at a premium of Rs.55/- per equity share for cash aggregating to Rs.2.47 Crores to be alloted to qualified institutional buyers (QIB Portion) and the new issue to the public consists of 34,20,000 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs.55/- per Equity Share for cash aggregating to Rs.22.23 Crores. (Net issue to Public), the net issue to the public would constitute 22.5% of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of the company.
