Public issue of 75,76,102 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (equity shares) Religare Enterprises Limited (the company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs.185/-per equity share including a share premium of Rs.175/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs.140.16 Crores (The Issue).
