IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 21,70,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each of Samruddhi Realty Limited (SRL or The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 12 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 2 per equity share) (Issue Price) aggregating to Rs. 2.60 crores, of which 1,10,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by Market Maker(Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the Market Naker Reservation Portion i.e. issue of 20,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each is hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 31.00% and 29.43%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10 each and the issue price is Rs. 12. The issue price is 1.2 times of the face value.
