IPO Synopsis

Initial public offering of 6,986,301 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each (Equity shares) of Sheela Foam Limited (The Company) for cash at a price of Rs. 730 per equity share (the Offer price), aggregating up to Rs. 510 Crores (The Offer) through an offer for sale of up to 6,986,301 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 510 Crores by Polyflex Marketing Private Limited (the Selling Shareholder and such equity shares being the Offered shares). The offer shall constitute up to 14.32 % of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The Offer Price is Rs. 730 per equity share of face value of Rs.5 each The offer price is 146 times of the face value.
