IPO Synopsis

Initial public offer consisting of fresh issue of 45,76,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each fully paid for cash at a price of Rs. 26 per equity share (The Issue Price) (including a share premium of Rs. 16 per equity share) aggregating Rs. 11.90 crores (The Issue), of which 2,32,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 26/- per equity share, aggregating Rs. 0.60 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (The Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 43,44,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 26/- per equity share, aggregating Rs. 11.30 crores is hereinafter refered to as the net issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 30.02% and 28.49% respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Issue price: Rs.26 per equity share. The face value of equity shares is Rs.10 and the issue price of Rs.26 is 2.6 times of the face value of equity shares.
