IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 21,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at par, aggregating to Rs. 2.16 crores (the issue) by the company, of which 4,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each would be reserved for subscription by the promoters (promoters contribution) and 1,10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue (market maker reservation portion). The issue less the promoters contribution and the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 16,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each is hereinafter referred to as the net issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 44.38% and 33.90%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10 each. The issue price is Rs. 10 per equity share and is 1 time the face value of the equity shares
