IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 12,60,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (equity shares) of Silly Monks Entertainment Limited (SMEL or The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 120 per share (The Issue Price), aggregating to Rs. 15.12 crores (The Issue), consisting of fresh issue of 9,70,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 11.64 crores and an offer for sale of 2,90,000 equity shares by Mr. Tekulapalli Sanjay Reddy and Mr. Anil Kumar Pallala (The Promoter Selling Shareholders) aggregating to Rs. 3.48 crores (Offer for Sale), of which 72,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the market maker reservation portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 11,88,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each is hereinafter referred to as the net issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.15% and 25.60%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The Face Value of the Equity share is Rs. 10 and The Issue price is 12.00 times of the face value.
