IPO Synopsis

Public issue of fresh issue of 48,69,600* equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each fully paid up for cash at a price of Rs. 160 /- per equity Share (the issue price) (including a share premium of Rs. 150 per equity shares) aggregating to Rs. 77.91 Crores (the issue), of which 2,44,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 160 per equity share aggregating Rs. 3.90 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue (the market maker reservation portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 46,25,600 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 160/- per equity share, aggregating Rs. 74.01 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the net issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.65% and 25.32%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of equity shares is Rs.10 each. The issue price is Rs.160 and is 16 times the face value of equity shares.
