Public Issue of 3900000 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs 10/ each fully paid up of Mahabir Metallex Ltd (mahabir or the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs 10/ per equity share at par aggregating Rs 3.90 croes by the company of which 200000 Equity shares of Rs 10 fully paid each will be reserved for subscribtion by market maker to the issue.
