IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 21,70,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each (Equity Shares) for cash at a price of Rs. 10 per equity share(The Issue Price), aggregating Rs. 2.17 crores (The Issue), of which 1,10,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 10 per equity share, aggregating Rs. 0.11 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (The market maker reservation portion). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 20,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 10 per equity share, aggregating Rs. 2.06 crores is hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.28% and 25.90% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10 each.The issue price is Rs. 10. The issue price is 1.0 times of the face value.
