IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 50,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at price of Rs. 90 per equity share aggregating Rs. 45.00 Crores (TheIssue). The issue comprises a reservation of 1,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating Rs. 0.90 Crores for eligible employees (The Employee Reservation Portion), and net issue of 49,00,000 equty shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating Rs. 44.10 Crores. The issue would constitute 44.37% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company.
