Public offer up to 10,744,708 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (The equity shares) of Thyrocare Technologies Ltd (the company or the issuer) for cash, at a price of Rs. 446 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 436 per equity share) through an offer for sale by the selling shareholders aggregating up to Rs. 479.214 Crores (the offer).
