IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 35,000,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 57 per equity share for cash aggregating Rs.199.5 crores (hereinafter referred to as the Issue), comprising of promoters contribution of 5,000,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs.57 for cash aggregating to Rs.28.5 crores (referred to as the Promoters Contribution). The issue less the promoters contribution shall be hereinafter referred to as The Net Issue to Public.
