IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 62,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Prakash Steelage Limited (The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 110 per equity share (including share premium of Rs. 100 per equity share), aggregating to Rs. 68.75 crores (The Issue). Upto 1,00,000 equity shares will be reserved in the issue for subscription by eligible employees (the employee reservation portion). The issue would constitute 35.71% of the post issue paid-up capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10/- each and the issue price is 11 times the face value.
