Public issue of 3,99,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00/- each (equity shares)of Shine Fashions (India) Limited (The company or The issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 40.00/- per equity share, including a premuim of Rs. 30.00/- per equity share(the issue price), aggregating Rs. 1.60 crores (the issue), of which 21,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00/- for cash at a price of Rs. 40.00/- each aggregating Rs. 0.08 crores vwill be reserved for subscription by market Maker to the issue (the market maker reservation portion).
