The primary market is set for another busy week, with 11 companies opening their initial public offerings (IPOs) for subscription between June 29 and July 3, while 10 companies are scheduled to make their stock market debut.
The upcoming IPOs are collectively expected to mobilise more than ₹900 crore, including ₹609.5 crore through two mainboard public issues.
Two Mainboard IPOs Open This Week
Aastha Spintex, a cotton yarn manufacturer, will open its ₹170-crore IPO on June 29. The issue, which closes on July 1, is entirely a fresh issue and has a price band of ₹125-136 per share.
Knack Packaging will launch its ₹439.5-crore IPO on July 1, with bidding scheduled to close on July 3. The issue comprises a fresh issue of ₹380 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 35 lakh shares worth ₹59.5 crore at the upper end of the ₹161-170 per share price band.
SME Segment Dominates Weekly Pipeline
The SME platform will account for the majority of the week’s activity, with nine IPOs targeting a combined fundraising of over ₹300 crore.
Subscription opens on June 29 for Twinkle Papers, which plans to raise ₹27.5 crore through a public issue priced at ₹64-69 per share, and Adon Agro Commodities, which is seeking to mobilise ₹44 crore at a price band of ₹66-70 per share.
On June 30, six more SME IPOs will hit the market. These include Teja Engineering Industries, a fixed-price issue of ₹37.4 crore at ₹220 per share, along with book-built issues from Kratikal Tech, Atharva Polyplast, Seemax Resources, Sampark India Logistics, and Vinit Mobile. All six issues will close on July 2.
The final IPO of the week will be IC Electricals Company, which is scheduled to open on July 3 after being deferred from the previous week. The company plans to raise ₹47.91 crore through an issue priced between ₹94 and ₹99 per share.
Meanwhile, subscription will conclude on June 29 for CSM Technologies and Sri Priyanka Geo Commex, while Crazy Snacks will close its IPO on June 30.
Ten Companies Ready For Market Debut
The listing calendar is equally active, with 10 companies scheduled to debut on the exchanges during the week.
On the mainboard, Turtlemint Fintech Solutions will list on June 29, followed by Waterways Leisure Tourism and Advit Jewels on July 1. CSM Technologies is slated to begin trading on July 2.
Six companies in the SME category will come for listings during the week. These companies include Anubhav Plast, which is slated to list on June 29. The other three companies scheduled to list on July 1 include Jivial Industries, Riyaasat Lifestyle, and Shreedhar Spinners. Another company, Sri Priyanka Geo Commex, is also slated to come for listing on July 2, and Crazy Snacks will list on July 3, as per the tentative schedule. The primary market will continue to remain busy because of multiple IPOs.
