People familiar with the matter said Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings is likely to file its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) this week, the week of 26 October 2026, with Bloomberg reporting an issue estimated at around $1 billion. The filing would concern the parent company of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, the Indian Coca-Cola bottler.

Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings is likely to submit its DRHP during the week of 26 October 2026, according to people familiar with the matter. Bloomberg reported that the proposed issue could be around $1 billion.

Bloomberg said the issue would mainly comprise shares sold by existing shareholders, rather than newly issued shares. The report did not provide a separate value for the proposed sale component.

Rothschild & Co retained for the proposed HCCH listing

The proposed listing is likely to take place in 2027, people familiar with the matter said. The Coca-Cola Company has retained Rothschild & Co to advise on the listing.

The ownership transaction was completed in July 2025, when Jubilant Bhartia Group acquired 40% of HCCH. The Coca-Cola Company said it retained the remaining 60%.

The Coca-Cola Company called the potential listing a significant milestone and said it would complete HCCH’s refranchising. The company also said the listing would position the bottler to pursue opportunities in the Indian market.

Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings was established in 1997. The company operates 14 bottling plants across 10 states.

HCCH packages, distributes and sells Coca-Cola, Thums Up, Sprite and Fanta. The company operates a network of more than 2,000 distributors.

The bottler reaches over 1.7 million customers and has approximately 5,000 employees.
