Propshop Events and Exhibitions launched a ₹28.57 crore NSE SME IPO comprising a fresh issue of 33 lakh equity shares worth ₹23.05 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 8 lakh shares aggregating ₹5.52 crore.

The IPO remained open for subscription from July 27 to July 29, 2026, and was subscribed 1.53 times overall, with the retail investor segment subscribed 1.77 times, indicating relatively stronger participation from retail investors. The shares were listed on the NSE SME platform on August 3, 2026.

The company plans to utilise approximately ₹20.08 crore from the IPO proceeds.
